Who We Are
Senior Pastor Albert Houslin
Reverend Albert serves as the Senior Pastor at Hephzibah Ministries, part of the Church of God of Prophecy, in Aylesbury. Since April 2018, he has led this vibrant, family-focused congregation, which is part of an international network operating in over 130 countries. Reverend Albert's ministry journey spans more than two decades, demonstrating a deep commitment to teaching, worship, and service.
Happily married to Karen since 2009, Albert and his wife have built their family vision on Joshua 24:15: "But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Together, they have five children and have devoted over 15 years to serving the Lord, including leading care groups in North West London and mentoring young people since 2017.
Albert’s ministerial roles include worship leadership, teaching Bible classes for adults and teens, youth mentorship, and various leadership positions within Bethel Community Services under Bishop T.F. Poorman. Above all, he treasures worship as his first love and strives to guide others in a life of faith and service.

Sandra Hepburn - Worship Leader & Benevolent Fund Coordinator
Sandra grew up in Reading and moved to High Wycombe where she worked in various roles, which include Admin, Management and Training. She gained the IRRV (institute of revenue rating and valuation) professional qualification whilst working for Wycombe district council.
She has trained, coached and managed staff to serve their customers and claimants and is now retired. Sandra applies those skills in the church.
As a result of her love for singing and worship, she has performed in choirs and given solo performances since she was a child.
Sandra believes that worship is a great privilege and encourages heartfelt, joyful, praise and worship.
She has served in many capacities in the COGOP from her teens, such as youth leader, cell group leader, regional and local women's leader, worship co-ordinator and Sunday School teacher etc.
Sandra was married to her late husband Minister Noel Hepburn and together have two adult children and 4 grandchildren.
She enjoys travelling, badminton, gospel music, mixing with other cultures and good food.
Karen H - Clerk
Karen was born in Birmingham UK and later moved to London where she became a member of the Wembley branch of the Church of God of Prophecy. During her time at Wembley church, she served as a member of the Youth Leadership team, the teen Sunday School teacher, and was briefly on the worship team.
Karen is married to Senior Pastor Albert and they have a family together. Following Albert's appointment as Senior Pastor for Hephzibah Ministries, Karen was soon appointed as the Clerk. She also manages the online services and church social media platforms. Karen also supports the prayer team.
Karen loves the Hephzibah congregation and sees them as a family. She dislikes the name 'First Lady', so be warned. She much prefers when people call her by her name.
Karen is a Human Resources professional, with 25 years of experience. She also supports the Church of God of Prophecy's corporate HR team when she can. She enjoys swimming and good music. She also occasionally bakes cakes for special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays etc.
The Church of God of Prophecy is a global, Christ-centred movement rooted in Scripture, steadfast in faith, passionate about people, and dedicated to reconciling the world to Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
